ZO Medical Oclipse-C Sunscreen

Sunscreen - I'm still very much into it. A couple of weeks ago I cracked open a new bottle of sunscreen that I had not tried before: the Oclipse-C Broad-Spectrum Sunscreen with SPF 50 by Zo Skin Health and my oh my... where has this been all my life? It looks and sounds like it would be pretty basic, but it's so much better than that!

This sunscreen smoothes on the skin easily without a greasy residue and stays put. It comes out of the tube as a light white lotion. I applied it on my face and my upper body - shoulders, arms, chest, backs of my hands. It was easy to work into the skin, and it only has a faint "sunscreen" scent. The scent does not linger throughout the day. Here are the ingredients and the info on the back of the box:

Most SPF50 sunscreens I have tried that worked on my body didn't work on my face or vice versa so I am happy that this worked well for both. It's a great product to toss in your beach bag if you are going on holiday and anticipate some sun exposure. It does leave a slight white cast when I over-apply it on my arms and shoulders but that doesn't bother me... white cast > sun damage. Just call me Casper the friendly summer ghost.

ZO Skin Health was founded by the dermatologist behind the original Obagi line and their products are sold at lots of med spas. If you are US based you can shop for products on their official site or use the salon locator to find a med spa/dermatologist that carries this line near you! This sunscreen was sent to me for editorial consideration, and as always, I only recommend products I personally will use and love!
