The Scents I’m Loving in 2021

As a self appointed “fragrancehead”, there’s nothing I love more about the changing of the seasons than changing up my scent. I have been into fragrance for as long as I can remember.

Growing up, I had a yearly tradition of going fragrance shopping with my dad every Christmas Eve, where I’d pick out one fragrance for myself, one for him and one for my mom to wear for the year ahead. I rarely picked the same perfume twice. In early adulthood, I would hoard as many fragrance samples as possible in order to satisfy my craving for something new, then use my store loyalty points to buy my faves. Nowadays, I try to tie my fragrance purchases to significant life events, professional achievements or trips so that I always have a positive memory to tie in with a particular scent.

I’ve amassed a meaningful little collection over time, enough to be able to wear a different scent every month of the year and never get bored. Here’s what I’m wearing this spring:
