Sensitive eyes, pay attention!
I've been playing with this beautiful light eyeliner from all-natural mineral makeup brand Alima Pure and it's all sorts of awesome. The line was founded in 2004 and prides itself on containing no parabens, sulfates, synthetic dyes, phthalates, dimethicone, petroleum, talc, bismuth oxychloride, or nanoparticles in their products. They do not test on animals and they have a pretty impressive range of products from mineral foundations to highlighter, bronzer, eyeshadow and lipstick.
I got sent their new Natural Definition Eye Pencil to try - in the shade Paper - and it's been getting some serious love this week. It's a smooth white eyeliner pencil that doesn't get clumpy, applies evenly and stays put ALL day.
I have watery eyes due to allergies and this has not budged from my waterline all day. Impressive. At the same time it's free of many irritants so those of you with sensitive eyes can rejoice. Paper is a crisp white that brightens the eyes when put in the waterline but at the same time it doesn't look too stark and unnatural.
MAC Fascinating Eye Kohl is a white liner used by many but I personally did not enjoy wearing it because it just looked too stark and too much like white-out on my eyes.
The Alima Pure Natural Definition Eye Pencil in Paper is more user-friendly, in my opinion. You can check it out on their website here and it retails for $18.
