I've been sneaking this lovely Estee Lauder Pure Color Envy Scolpting Eyeshadow Palette in Fierce Safari into my regular makeup routine for the last couple of months and it's time it made an appearance on the blog!
What it is: a smooth, neutral, color-coordinated 5 color eyeshadow palette housed in a sleek rectangular plastic casing. It's sturdy and the shadows are smooth with minimal fallout. My favorite shade of the bunch is the first one - the slightly longer one in the case. It's a beautiful shiny gold that glows in a subtle way and is perfectly neutral.
What I think: this is a gorgeous neutral palette and will be well-used by khaki and gold-loving ladies. It took some time getting used to for me, since it lacks a matte crease color. I'm just stuck in my ways and need a matte medium brown or something along those lines to put in the crease when I am doing a makeup look. I paired the palette with a tiny bit of Urban Decay Naked eyeshadow to create this look, and it's something I've been doing often:
This palette was sent to me for consideration. As always, all opinions are my own and I am not paid to promote this product.
