Attack of the mini skincare items!

In my latest video I did a lot of complaining about my skin's oily overdrive.
It was clear that I needed a change in some of my skincare steps since winter is now over and my skin no longer needs a daily dose of my Cetaphil Moisturizing lotion.

So as I was walking through Sephora, the REN anti-blemish 3 piece kit caught my eye.

It was $24 and it contains a small clay-based cleanser, a daytime fluid that replenishes the skin's moisture (contains blemish-fighting ingredients and leaves the skin smooth and matte), and a light night-time serum. What drew me towards the brand is that it is completely natural - free of parabens, sulfates, fragrances and animal ingredients. I have been using the products for the past three days and so far so good. The cleanser is OK but I still prefer my Cetaphil. The daytime fluid works great under makeup so far but it smells bad.

Anyway I'm going to keep on trying and give a final verdict on these after I use them up on my "Used Up Products" series. I still haven't broken out in 2 months now and the longer I can keep it up using preventative blemish care products, the better!

I'm also eyeing the Glycolactic Peel Mask by REN...
