Outfit Roundup #10

What I loved wearing in Fall 2021

Oversized blazers and chunky knitwear have been on repeat the most often this season. I found most of my go-to boxy blazers in the men’s department. The black blazer is J Crew and the navy blue one is from SVC. Knit is Max Mara and a few years old now - I have gotten in the habit of saving up for one or two really good quality knitwear items each year, and this one was my 2019 pick. I found it at the Max Mara store in the Munich airport so it will always remind me of the trip I took that got me there. Sentimental purchases keep me going, they really do.

The Sweater Scarf

On most fall days you can find me channeling my inner retiree with the sweater slung across the shoulders look. It is such an easy way to chill out a look, give a hint of texture and color as well as warmth. Green knit in the photo is from Sezane, jeans are by GRLFRND and loafers are Saint Laurent - however this option from Sam Edelman is a really chic alternative at a more purse friendly price point.

The Shacket Is Here To Stay

It took me two solid years to hop on board the shacket trend. What took me so long? Probably because I dislike the word SHACKET. It’s just a jacket, ya know? I purchased this creamy checkered version from Abercrombie & Fitch whose Millennial-friendly rebrand is truly fantastic. I like that it’s slightly longer and has an oversized fit with dropped shoulders. I can wear a chunky knit underneath and still have room to breathe.

Sunglasses are Ray-Ban, trousers are Tibi and loafers are Saint Laurent.
